Populating value from Column into a field upon new form submission is not working any more !

It’s working normally in my app. Can you verify if your v\_trial field is indeed not empty?

You got it ThinDinh, my logic was reversed, it filled the value last instead of first, hence empty !!  
getting old 🙂
