Hello, I suspect that the conditional feature for visibility of items in a collection has a bug.

To see the problem as I see it, do the following:

1 - create any table with 2 columns (glide, google sheets, excel, etc)
2 - column 1 name column 2 status
3 - fill in 2 names and 2 different statuses for testing
4 - example name 1 approved and name 2 rejected
5 - In the collection options, request that it only be viewed with an approved or disapproved status.
6 - In my case, the glide can no longer perform this function

I believe I’m not doing anything wrong, I’ve already done some tests, such as copying other people’s APPs and applying the same function, without success either.
Can anyone help me with this?

Make sure you are editing the collection options, and not the options for the page. Ensure that the collection is selected in left sidebar. Also, please post a screenshot.

All the precautions you suggested were taken.
Please try to follow the steps I mentioned to understand my question.
In a new APP create a table wherever you want with 2 columns.
Example: column 1 name and column 2 status.
Then make just 2 record lines in this same table.
Example: line 1, John, approved status and Line 2 Mary failed status.
Then create an empty screen and add a collection and test:
Options/visibility and ask for only an approved or failed status to appear, then if you want to do more tests you can select for only Mary or only John to appear.
You will see that it is not working correctly.

Does it help if you use the filter instead of visibility? It sounds like you want a filter.

Hello everyone in the Glide community!
Thank you very much for your commitment and dedication in helping me.
I discovered after some time that, due to inattention, I was trying to assign a visibility variable function to a function that actually belongs to the data filter.
Everything is fine here now!
