# Clicking on app to open the builder leads to a blank screen！

**It is still not fixed in my environment, although it was marked as fixed in [the community post](https://community.glideapps.com/t/clicking-on-app-to-open-the-builder-leads-to-a-blank-screen/51084) 5 days ago.**  
**I need to edit the app and will need help ASAP!**

**Describe the bug:**  
I can log in to the dashboard, but only one of the six apps I have does not open the builder and gives me a blank screen. tried it in different browsers, Chrome and Safari, and it was working fine until a day ago.

**Expected Behaviour:**  
The builder should open. I have to begin some field work in a couple of hours and need to approve some team members.

**How to replicate:**  
From the dashboard, I need to click on the app, and then it goes to a blank screen, have tried multiple times, different browsers.
