I tried many options and settled on this: One Lookup Group Data Table: ![Lookup Group](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/glideapps/original/3X/3/4/34376c1e022e8ccf462efdc3ddaa00b72c0dc54d.png) One Lookup Data Table: ![Looukup](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/glideapps/original/3X/6/a/6a560fbb2ea6149201f1de217370c916524367c9.png) The resulting Page Table: ![Lookup Table](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/glideapps/original/3X/f/b/fb28652479675d1454f5d3126bad8bd131ef1e46.png) This way the User can add/edit new Lookup Groups and Lookups easily. I always use Row IDs, which allows the User to edit the Name with breaking the Relation.
