# Check cleared value

After one clears values in an A or Date field with a **set column values** to “Clear value”. How does one properly check if the field is empty? The regular “empty” does not seem to work.

It should work. Can you provide a specific example that shows it not working?

Maybe I am not doing this the right way, I was expecting the fields to be cleared and empty instead it contains the text…

Did you type instead of selecting Clear value in the available options?
