# Chat code pin incorrect

Hello to the whole community  
I would like to connect to the chat, I entered my email address and entered the pin code received.  
But when entering this code on the Chat page, a message appears “incorrect pin code”  
do you have any idea

So you mean that you’re using the native “Chat” tab by Glide, then you try to sign in to send a chat message but the pin code is not correct?

Did you request multiple times in a short span, and can you reproduce that in a video now?

I resolved the problem, I dont know how, but now this works very well
