I was on a maker plan and moved to a business plan, and the number of users went from unlimited to only 30 users, and the cost doubled. I have an application with more than fifty users, and another application is an online store, and it requires logging in for each user in the first hour of converting the plan. The 30 users have sold out. I can’t find a team plan and I don’t want to think about solutions other than glide What are the solutions? Note that I contacted support and did not receive a response ---

Depending on your needs, you probably want to contact sales. By the way, you can have more users ($ per additional user) by enabling unlimited option in the usage page. ---

You don’t need to contact sales to buy 20 extra users. You need to turn on Unlimited Usage to exceed plan limits. ---

I was told that it is possible to have special pricing depending on the number of additional users (a lot)… Is it still true? ---

Yes, but we generally do not do this if you just need 20 more. Sales works with people who need hundreds of users or more. ---
