It would be very helpful if there is a change log of UI / Data changes made. Something like version history in google sheets. E.g.
- Added “Text” with content “xxx” to “yyy” screen.
Even some sort of consistent summary would be fine. If one is maintaining parallel apps for dev/test/prod, this can be helpful in not missing changes.

You can add those yourself in a text component that a user can hide after seeing it, or under the sanwdich menu in a new tab.

I can’t believe there aren’t more votes for this. Change tracking with fast moving apps is hard to do. even it if was just a list of pages / componets that were modified, at least you could know where you have been.
