# Carousel or gallery of images with visible meta-data

Dear Colleagues,

Is it possible to create carousel or gallery of images with visible meta-data, viz. date?  
In my app, I would like to characterise some instruments by images which will be updated every month.

You can create a gallery of images pretty easily, but to include additional details with the image, then I would probably display them as an inline list with a tile layout. The horizontal tile layout will give you a gallery like experience with title and detail text. If you are looking specifically for meta data from within the image file, I don’t know how to do that unless you have a service that would populate a sheet with an image url in one column and other meta details in other columns.

If you need the images to be dynamic, you could also use a service like niftyimages that updates the image with custom dynamic information, can API in to a AWS or Drive folder then zap in to the corresponding column in your Glide Google Sheet.
