# Can't use import from Google Sheets - Failed to get document because the client is offline

Hi guys,

I just signed up and created account using Google sign-in but at the very first step I’m getting stuck because I get an error “Failed to get document because the client is offline.”

I’ve tried different browsers on multiple laptops but still get the same error. Has anyone come across this before?

Getting the same error. Glide worked with my personal gmail but fails with my work gmail. Help!

Just for information, I am able to login with Gsuite account for Google Login.

Trying it with Incognito seems to have fixed it. Thanks.
