# Can't save custom action

**Describe the bug:**  
_“Save” button does not work in the action editor_

**Expected Behaviour:**  
_Changes applied, action editor window closed, return to designer mode_

**How to replicate:**  
_Open any custom action by “Edit Action” link and try to save_

I had that problem before and the only way to fix it was by duplicating the app. The copy stopped having the issue with saving custom actions.

Making app duplicate really helps. Seems duplicating is the only way to solve the problem.
