# Can't open + New app

Hi all, I really enjoy Glide. However, sometimes (always today) building a new app won’t work. Clicking on the ‘+ New app…’ button and I get stuck. Theres the spinner animation and a ‘Could not get access token from cloud function’ error in the console. Am logged in and can access my existing apps, but not opening a new app. Any help is very much appreciated. Thx, elastoman

I deactivated a Firefox Privacy Extension and can create a + New app… now. Seems to solve the problem.
