# Cant Load Address on Map

I have an address that I retrieved from a Google Sheet data. I want to display it on the map, but it’s not working. Please help me.

It might be having trouble recognizing Japanese characters. If you have a version of the address with Latin characters, then it might work better, but there is still no guarantee. If you can get latitude and longitude coordinates for each address, then it will work much better.

You can try using the Radar integration to get the coordinates, then apply the method Jeff suggested above.
