# Can't Download Desktop App Version

I’m not seeing the plus icon or the “install advanced conference” button in Chrome. Any fixes?

I do have pro and I have enabled view in tablet/deskop version.

I also do not see the Add button in Chrome for your app.

Your app is configured with a custom domain, [https://app.klassermarketing.com/](https://app.klassermarketing.com/), so Chrome thinks something strange is happening when you access it at the [glideapp.io](http://glideapp.io) link.

Should I disable the CNAME? The CNAME is not working anyways.

You should finish setting up your custom domain and use that instead of the Glide link, or you should remove your custom domain and only use the Glide link. I don’t know your DNS settings so I can’t advise on the CNAME.
