Records are added. Everything’s 100% right. No conflicting & blocking records. 24H gone (more than that). But still nothing works. ---

Do you get an error? If yes, what is the error? ---

Don’t have the green ticks, only the red ones. The usual “Record not found. It can take up to 24hrs, come back later bla bla…” ---

Well if you don’t have green ticks, then everything is clearly _not_ “100% right”. Something is not right, but I can’t help you unless you’re willing to share more information. Hey Darren. With all due respect, everything is 100% right, cause you know copy/paste and eyes 😅 Also a lot of people have problems following the official guide and was able to connect domains only with a help from a team member. Clearly, there is a bug or two with the domain connection workflow, otherwise there wouldn’t be so much problems with it. Sorry for the inpatient tone, but I payed for that feature and it’s not working. And it’s not rocket science, it just doesn’t work. Well, unless you know other ways to copy and paste a DNS record. ---

Okay, well I’m not sure what else to say. I’ve configured at least 30-40 Custom Domains with Glide, and I’ve never had a problem 🤷‍♂️ If you don’t have green ticks, then something clearly isn’t right. I’m more than happy to help you troubleshoot that, but I have zero interest in arguing with you about whether or not it works. Because I know from experience that it does. ---

No arguing is asked for. Just really bummed out, that something so trivial can’t be solved. You just need to copy and paste stuff. You need to select the correct types. The types are unique, nothing is conflicting. It should work, yet it doesn’t. I don’t know man, probably just gonna move away from Glide and ask for a refund. Sorry for me whining, but I spent 3 days setting up a domain without a success. 😅 Thank you so much for your time 🙏 ---

To transfer a Custom Domain from one App to another, all you generally need to do is remove it from the first App, and add it to the second App. Usually, you don’t have to make any changes in your DNS records at all. I’ve done this many times, and it always works. Is that what you did? ---
