# Cannot enter email

When first bringing up my app, some users cannot enter their email. Is there an issue with some domain names? The error is “The email address doesn’t have access to this app. Please try another.” I just launched today. Could there be an issue with too many trying to log in at the same time? Grasping at straws.

Thank you so much. Yes, I think they were trying to use a business domain name. I had no idea.
