# Can’t access app or account

**Describe the bug:**  
I have a pro version - and right now the app shows blank screen on mobile/desktop and i can’t access my account either: when attempting to login on [glideapps.com](http://glideapps.com) I’m getting blank page (the url points to [go.glideapps.com](http://go.glideapps.com)… )  
My app url: [Lanesboro, MN](https://lacc.mn/app)

Any info / status highly appreciated!!

Also loading for me. Do you mean the builder also doesn’t load?
