# Can pinch and zoom most screens in app

Not sure when this was made possible but I’m glad it has. On mobile I’m able to pinch and zoom any screen in a container, including images.

I’ve only just noticed now while playing on an app so don’t know exactly, but from what I can tell, any component that is inside a container can be zoomed. I tend to use containers for everything so virtually the whole app is zoomable.
Edit (2 days later): Thought I’d better add this to prevent anyone being mislead. It’s only working on one of my apps. I didn’t have any others active on my phone at the time so made the post without proper testing. Still don’t know why it works on that one app though.

I love that you can zoom in. That is so helpful, especially for the Glide accessibility outlook.

it does not work for me, even putting image component in a container, nothing happen when I pinch.
@Darren_Murphy any idea?

Ok so I just installed a couple of other apps on my phone to test them and they don’t work. I’m not sure why the app above allows pinch and zoom. No idea at all 🤷♂️

This is kinda cool, but I can not reproduce this at all.
