# Can Glide delete my old apps?

Hello everyone,

My first time posting here. Actually before a few years I used to use Glide and published an app through it on the Google Play Store in 2023. (It’s another story that it was of no use after I downgraded my plan and the app stopped loading) but I was always able to randomly pay the membership and get the app running.

The problem is, I logged into my account today after a long time and the app is just…gone. After that I checked the billing history and it is gone too. I am totally sure this is the email id- I used to login with (and pay with).

Can anyone please help or let me know what is going on. Any way I could recover my app?

Is it a Classic app or a new app?

Classic apps were fully deprecated not long ago.

I’m in the exact same situation.

I logged into my account after a while and found that my app and all its data are completely gone. I was using the app weekly before taking a break, and I’m absolutely certain I’m using the correct email.

It was a Classic App, and unfortunately I missed the announcements about the deprecation. But I never imagined the app and its data would be permanently deleted. I assumed there would at least be a way to recover or migrate it later.

If anyone has any info on whether recovery is still possible, I’d really appreciate it.
