Hi team,

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/glideapps/original/3X/e/9/e9def55a7641d503218a2b44a4588a41661f9d91.png)
How long does it take for these problems to be resolved?

All depends on the circumstances. Some they can fix and some are out of their control. Some fixes take longer than others.

It takes as long as it takes.
