I set up “row owner” early this week but I need to remove it and work differently.
However, when I remove the row owner setting, It makes the data in my USER tab in data editor disappear.
As for now, I am using password sign in. I do not know if this is related.
I would like to know if someone came across the same bug / issue when removing “row owner”.
Can you try reloading the Glide tab in your browser, would the data come back?
I tried, did not work. Data’s only come back when I set row owner back up.
Just had this same issue. Any update on this @Mark? It completely wipes out the data in Glide, but keeps it in Sheets. It happens when you assign a column with emails as Make Row Owner, and then decide to remove it later. Here’s a screenshot below…
UPDATE: Ok, after reloading the page in Chrome, the data came back. Kind of scary though.
This is a known bug. No data goes away, but you’ll need a reload. We’ll fix it. Apologies.
This hasn’t been fixed yet, had to reload to get the data. quite scary
