# Best way to move Data from one page to another

Hi All,  
I am creating an App using Open AI. I want what is created in one page to be added to another page. example I am a personal trainer, I ask AI to create an exercise plan with multiple different focus areas based on my clients needs, I want that plan when created to be moved to a separate page and all the multiple selections saved as either one session or by date. What would be the most straight forward way to do this for a novice user.

What do you mean by “a separate page”? Do you mean another tab in your app? If yes, then I think it’s just a matter of how to create the right structure in another table, and fill that table with info from OpenAI.
