# Best practices for version control

Hi Glide community,

I’m looking to address strange cross-talk that I observe between different versions of an app that I’m building. Despite copying underlying sheets, it appears the Glide table updates are visible in different versions of an app. Further, it appears that configuration and other app-logic changes cross over from one version to another.

Is there a set of best practices & expectations concerning proper version control for Glide apps?

Really need to hear more about this, so all constructive comments welcome.
