# Background refresh fail to pull change

For a couple of weeks, I saw the background refresh of my pro app (legacy plan) isn’t working anymore. Users submitting a form don’t see any change to the app until they force reload it (or kill in case they had installed them on their phone).

It makes my app completely unusable and or of users very upset about it.

@david @Mark some people have already mentioned this same problem here, from different places, different devices … is this a general problem/bug?

IDK but it’s annoying. And still there ☹
