# Auto generate a OrderID

Hi Team

Could you kindly assist how can I auto-generate an Order ID per user to avoid users having the same Order ID

In a form, you can use the special value “unique ID” to do this.

These are also some thoughts I had a while back to create order ID’s. I don’t have an example, but I think a few people have used a version of the idea.
