# Authentication

I’ve created an app for my clients and I use it in private with authetication. I have a list in a google sheet with the unique email to authenticate and login.  
When users want to connect and login they receive a message like “cette adresse email n’a pas l’autorisation…” but their emails are in the autorised list. I don’t understand what’s wrong. I use private, all email in table googlesheet and source in Users and authentication is the same table googlesheet. see below

If you are not on a Team plan or higher, you cannot use email other than personal email.
