# Audio file will not play

I created an app for my pastor’s sermons that he sends to us via email. They are m4a format. (I had to look that up since I am not tech savvy. ) I downloaded them and saved them in Google drive where the app spreadsheet is. I copied the link from the saved audio file directly onto the spreadsheet. It has been so inconsistent about opening. Some can’t get it to open at all, some get it to open now, but later can’t. I have made everything open to public. Please let me know what I can do to make it work everytime!! Thank you!

Might be a google drive issue. Can you test by hosting a file somewhere else (Dropbox, etc) and testing?
