**Application:** Trhoncal Referidos
**App ID:** rgkfBWIuzT5XOQNILs9X
**Plan:** Glide Free
**Published URL:** [https://trhoncal-referidos-rxfp.glide.page/](https://trhoncal-referidos-rxfp.glide.page/)

**Problem:**

The Glide Classic Builder shows only one button, “Registrar prospecto”, connected to the workflow “SOTH | Registrar prospecto”.

The workflow contains seven validation conditions, Add Row to Leads\_demo, Show Notification, and Set Column Values to clear four temporary fields.

However, the published application still displays four buttons: “Registrar prospecto”, “Confirmación de registro”, “Go!”, and “Go!”.

**Steps already tested:**

- Refreshed the application and opened new browser sessions.

- Verified that the Builder and published URL belong to the same application.

- Confirmed that automatic publishing is enabled.

- Tested the corrected workflow in the Builder.

- Confirmed that prospect records can be created, but the published interface does not reflect the updated workflow.

**Expected result:** The published application should display only one button and execute the complete workflow.

**Actual result:** The published application displays the old four-button interface.

**Questions:**

1. Why are the Builder changes not reaching the published application?

2. Can an existing published Glide Free application continue receiving automatic updates?

3. Is upgrading required to publish these changes?

4. If upgrading is required, will the application retain its existing data, users, and published URL?

Please advise before we change our subscription or unpublish the application.

Thank you.

You already confirmed that you have auto publish enabled, so the only question I have is if you changed the buttons that are visible in the app layout in addition to the workflow…or did you only change the workflow?

There is an outstanding issue where workflow changes alone will not automatically publish, but if you also make layout changes, then the workflow changes will be published with them.
