Need help with an array function. I want a message to be displayed in every users account.

I see a few things wrong with that, but this would be a lot easier with a template column in glide.

You mean using the data option in Glide itself? I basically want this message to be displayed in the Stripe payment button for every user.

Yes. Use a template column. Much easier and less spreadsheet bloat.
