Hello. sorry for asking again but I did not understand the answer.  
I got this massage ( picture attached). What will happen in 21 days. What does it mean my users and updates will be reset? Does it mean that they will be deleted from the app I created?  
Thank you for your help.

No, nothing will be deleted from your app.  
It just means that the counters will reset to zero.
