The short answer is no, After wondering this same question and speaking with @david about this there are many positive features that a PWA has VS a native app.

After looking more into actually publishing a native app there are many headaches that come with it as well. [Here’s an article](https://www.mobiloud.com/blog/progressive-web-apps-vs-native-apps/) I found on both their pros and cons.
