To have automatic reload, in the pro version, select the second option under **refresh** :

Are you talking about app design changes or data changes? If it’s changes to the data, is it changing in the app or the sheet? It’s all automatic, but how long it takes depends on what you are doing.

That should update on the app instantly and sync with the sheet in only a couple of seconds. Can you describe in more detail your problem and include screenshots?

- Changes within app: seconds
- Manual changes to data in sheet: up to 3 minutes
- Automatic changes to data (some formulas in Google Sheets, 3rd party integrations):
- Free apps: not until manual update
- Pro apps: periodically in the background
- Layout: up to 10 minutes (often quicker)
- Published Google Sheets charts: up to 1h
- App icon & splash screen: reinstall needed
