Over the past 3 days, I’ve had 4 people reach out to tell me they can’t open their app. Each is reporting a spinning wheel. I’ve had them re-install the app and all is good. The only thing in common is that they all have iPhones. I have android and all apps are working well on my phone. Each app is a free/public app. I have about 40 of these out there and never hear a peep from anyone, then all 4 in a short time. The apps are not used every day of course.
Has anyone else had any similar feedback? Being a help desk is not my favorite past time and I would like to resolve. Thanks!
