# App Keeps Closing When Taking Photo

When I click on the **Edit** pencil, then click on the Photo upload button, then select **Take Photo** , it will either close the app right away, or it lets me take the photo, but when I select **Choose Photo** , it doesn’t work and then closes the app and restarts the app.

I’m on an iPhone 7 with 13.7 software version.
