# App icon does not show properly in emails sent via Send Email Action

When I receive an email sent via the Send Email Action in a scheduled workflow, the icon is not rendered properly and does not match the one I have in Setting. Please see the details and the screenshots attached.

I’ve seen this before with the native emojis icons. If you replace your icon with a custom PNG file, does it work as expected?

Yes, I tried with an uploaded png file too and looks the same.

When you inspect the source of the email sent out, do you see a URL for that image?

Can you try accessing the “[https://ci3.googleusercontent.com](https://ci3.googleusercontent.com)…” link? Does it show a valid icon to you?

Update - now the icon started showing up properly. No idea what changed but all good right now. The link from above I still cannot access, if that is still relevant.

I have an absolutely same issue… What have you done? 🙏 🙏 🙏
Actually, when I inspect the email - it says “Cannot load the image”
And the image in email is:
[https://www.glideapps.com/images/brand/png/Glide-symbol-white.png](https://www.glideapps.com/images/brand/png/Glide-symbol-white.png)
not the one of the application
