# App hangs on opening the builder

Hey everyone,  
When I am trying to open this app in the builder, it hangs on the loading spinner and does not open. I would appreciate any help!

Is it only that app? Can you open other apps?

Its only that one app. I can open others

How big is that one? Can you try clearing your cache or opening the builder in another browser?

I tried opening the builder in another browser, cleared cache, and even tried incognito. Nothing is working.

What if you try to make a duplicate of the application instead?

Duplicating an app has usually been the fix for me. Occasionally I’ve had a few older apps that won’t open, but a duplicate usually fixes it.
