App crashing on a client’s iPhone X during log in with pin or google. He showed that the wheel spun and spun, then browser window closed. Its working fine on my iphone 4. He said he will not want to move forward with project if too glitchy. Any ideas???

Weird. The same thing happens to me on my Android tablet when I sign in with google.

I just had a friend try on his iPhone X and no crashing. Could it be some sort of security or other setting?
