# Any suggestions to have more rows beyond 25000?

As @Eric_Penn alluded to…how long do you need to retain those old records? If it’s indefinitely and you no longer need them in the app, then yes, you may need a background process to move the data to an unused sheet.

If old records can be deleted, then I would maybe consider something like this:
