# Any Idea to make a Chatboot

I am thinking of creating a chatboot to create an app that allows interaction from, for example, the airport, museum or places where there is a concentration of people (The new normal post Covid) . Any ideas?

I would start with an app for maintenance.
The chatbot interacts with the user maintaining simple conversations for topics of corrective maintenance, which indicates the different steps and guides.
In the case of agglomerations, he would indicate the way to circulate with less concentration of people.
This is only ideas for the future that comes.
