# An empty black screen appears

Spontaneous disconnections of the data editor. An empty black screen appears.  
When do anything in editor Pages.  
Can’t do anything. Disconnection became each 3…5 minutes

For now is is impossible to do anything in editor. Black screen became on every touch of any element.

For now editor don’t to show right setting panel

I cant do anything in editor, just touch some parts and then became black screen  
Panic!! Please help me!  
Internet connection is ok. I tried server in USA its ok

Yes i already send request, but they no have immediately solution for this.  
But i can’t wait i need to continue Job.  
So, i had deleted freezing tables and tabs, lost part of app and continue.
