# Airtable sync not working: Error 1035

**Description**  
App is not updating with data from Airtable data source.

When I try manual syncing from data tab, error message shows:

‘Glide could not reload the sheet  
Make sure the sheet exists and has not been moved to a different location that causes the Glide login email account to not be able to access the sheet.  
Error: 1035’

Initially became an issue at 3pm (AEST). Or 1.5h ago.

**How to replicate**

- Go to app
- Data tab
- Reload (Airtable) tables
- Error message appears  
Noted that checked data and there are indeed records that have not synced to Glide.

Yep I’m having the same issue – I tried reconnecting my Airtable connection but didn’t work 😕

I had checked the status report originally and there had been no incident report, so looks like there is a response - thanks.

Still experiencing the issue, will try again in the morning.

Appreciated the incident report from Glide, with the detail.
