# Airtable Integration keeps loading

**Description**
- On this account, I have a Legacy Free Plan. But on other accounts i’m working on, I have a Legacy Starter Plan. None of them allow me to sync data from Airtable to Glide. And I cannot access the Token because the integration modal is charging but I can’t access any data : it’s just grey and it keeps loading
**How to replicate**
_IF I TRY TO MANUALLY SYNC FROM AIRTABLE TO GLIDE_
Within the app builder, go the “Data”
Try to manually refresh the data (there it keeps loading but nothing changes
_IF I TRY TO ENTER THE PARAMETERS OF THE INTEGRETATION_
Within the app builder, go the “Data”
Click the + button in order to add a new table
Select Airtable
There it keeps loading but I cannot access nor modify anything, it’s just grey and it keeps loading
