# AI response not visible on mobile gadget

AI response visible only when using the laptop, mobile and web view. but on the cellphone it does not appear. no visibility condition is set. i have cleared cache, uninstalled/installed, use a different gadget, but still the same. i have made a temporary identical screen just to check, but still the same.

Can you try the preview mobile icon in the Glide builder and see if you get the same issue from your computer?

1. the AI component will check the column first if the answer is there before checking the internet.
2. the column feeding it is a text column.
3. it is working if i view it in the Glide editor, mobile and web view. the problem is when viewing it in a cellphone, it is not giving answer. but before it has been working for several weeks. it is rendering answer if i use Glide editor. no sign-in required when using it.
