# Adding comments to custom actions

Is there a way to add comments to custom actions?

When creating a custom action for a certain action it would be nice to have a note box or similar for personal commenting. This would be a great way to keep track of what the action is doing without just looking at the visual canvas. Already an established practice when writing code which would be nice to adopt into NoCode.

This is a nice feature request.

For now, the best I think would be to make the name of your custom action as descriptive as possible.

In general, the ability to document a little within actions, data tables and the builder would be nice.
