# Add team member

I added another team member, however she is not able to see the app which is shared on My Team. My settings say she is pending. I watched her use the link provided, but she can also not see the teams apps

So on the invitation screen, she’s still showing up as “Pending” after she clicks the link?

Have you tried the “send invite” option instead?
