# "Add row" button adds two rows

When click submit (blue button), it’s supposed to create only one row with the input data but it adds two rows with the same input.

What did I do wrong…?

Can anyone please help?

It looks like you may have added the Add Row action twice in your workflow. To fix this, go to the workflow editor and remove the extra Add Row action.
