# Add Form - no field is getting added

Hey Guys,

Though I have used Glide apps alot but I never tried Glide Pages. While using Glide Pages, I am not able to add Text Field in Form. I am not sure what is missing.

If you see, I have already added text field but it is not showing in the form. Please help.

Hi Pratik,

What action triggers the app to open this overlay? Is it an “open form” action?

I used “open form” and it’s showing for me.

Its ‘Show form screen’.

However I guess I got the answer. The issue is coming only on the Glide Page I created using Airtable (beta testing). This is not happening in Glide Page created using Google Sheet.
