# Add a mailto link to Menu

Can anyone point me in the right direction here? I want to add a mailto link on this sidebar menu, I basically want to add a “Support” link with Icon that opens the users email client to send an email.

You can’t initiate an action on a “tab click”. You’d better have a support tab with your logo, some text (e.g Click the button below to send us an email), and a button that initiates a “Compose email” action.

It doesn’t open the user’s email client, but there is an email to support link on the standard “about” menu option…

Is it possible to modify the “About” page? If I want to add a button for example?

You should be able to disable the About tab and you can create your own.

You can hide the About tab via Settings-\>Sharing.
