Just another feature request @david

When we get the ‘Show Notification’ action it’d be nice if

1. It stayed there a tad longer, or, if we could customize how many seconds its up for
2. We had the ability to customize the icon from Glide’s massive icon library that’s already used for tabs
3. We had the ability to add a ‘close’ or ‘ok’ button on it so we could direct users to go back if there’s an error. Use case: When button is clicked, If input ‘Email’ is left empty, show notification ‘That can’t be empty, try again’ with 🔐 icon.

Thanks a ton!!

That makes two of us:

I see what you mean.

“Show form” just shows a form. It doesn’t wait for the form to be done. “Go back” will try to go back in the context of the form, but it can’t because it’s a modal, so nothing happens.

We will have to communicate this better, but also provide a way to actually hook into form completion or cancelation.

I can’t reproduce this on my own. Could you please share that app with me and tell me exactly how to reproduce it, please?

One bug i’m facing is the following:

I save he action. In this case “link to a new screen”. And after a while when i’m doing other stuff in the app, all of a sudden the link to new screen is not working anymore.

When I go back into the action, the link screen category is removed as shown in the video below.

Also, at that point i’m not able to add the category anymore. Only way to fix it, is to delete it, and start over again.

### OOH! WE JUST GOT THE ‘NAVIGATE TO TAB’ FEATURE IN STAGING!!

@david it would be nice if we could navigate to hidden tabs - I want my users to only access a tab when they click a button - not when they go to the menu or look at the tabs bar. Also, we have 0 customization features/options for show in alert. It would be nice if we could _show_ what we wanted, instead of Glide just picking a random value to choose from 🙂 pretty sure thats a bug tho.
Awesome work!!!

The increment action is not working with user-specifc column:

</div>

Can we add Switch, to True?
Move the Switch slider to true/false state. This will actually eliminate the need for additional zaps. Because then I can mark the state of a row as true false concurrently after it’s zapped without the need to have zapier do it.

I run into a lot of issues with having zapier do inbound zaps. because of secuirity issues. Outbound zaps are a breeze tho.

THanks very much love this multi action.

I guess will be possible on thursday (tomorrow) with “Set Column” which we’ll be able to edit a column to true or false, for instance.

This is very Big. It will make glide less dependent on external apps for it to do things.

Looking for the day glide can internally send emails without the need for google sheet add ons.

@Lighted_Candle Exactly! Even some scripts we once used on google sheets, it will be perfectly able to create an action to replace it! 🤩

If we could also have the ability to submit and commit then we could attach to a button and use visibility to check for conditions before allowing the action e.g. a conflicting appointment or a duplicate entry or a text field not matching a required format. Absolutely massive. Please @david.
