# Action Row Hidden?

I am using an action row on a particularly complex form to serve as tabbed navigation panel. This will allow the user to jump around the pages as they like.

However, I have added it to the page but it will not display without me specifying text or imageURL in the content. This then affects how the panel is laid out. When I added the same component to the ‘mutli-step form’ sample tab/page, it displayed with no issue, even without the content fields being populated.

Am I missing something config wise here?

Further to this, I have just noted that if I add text to make the action row display, then the various actions are greyed out?

I (semi) worked out the issue. It appears that it came from where I had copied the action row component from another page. As soon as I added a new action (even to that copied action row) and then added the same logic, it worked and displayed absolutely fine.
